Is the on-site estimate really free?
Yes — 100% free and no-obligation. We come out, walk the deck with you, take measurements, assess the wood and substructure, and email you a detailed written quote. There's never a charge for the visit, and there's zero pressure to commit on the spot.
Do I need to be home for the estimate?
If the deck is accessible (unlocked gate, no aggressive dogs), we can do the assessment without you present and follow up with photos and the written quote. For most homeowners, though, we recommend being there so we can understand exactly what you want and answer any questions in person.
What information should I include in my message?
The more context, the faster we can quote accurately. Useful details include: rough deck size or age, the service you're considering (restoration, staining, sealing, or new build), your ZIP code, any specific problems you've noticed (wobbly railings, soft boards, peeling stain), and a few photos if possible.
