A Local Office for Northwest Cook County Decks

Rolling Meadows is our fourth Chicagoland office, set up so homeowners in the northwest suburbs get the same crews and standards as our Glenview, Mundelein and Lombard customers.

Closer Crews, Easier Scheduling

Our office at 3501 Algonquin Road keeps estimates and project visits within easy reach of Rolling Meadows, Arlington Heights, Palatine, Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates and the surrounding towns. That makes it simpler to fit an on-site estimate into your week and to plan stain days around the weather.

Every deck in the area faces the same Illinois cycle: snow and ice through the winter, wet springs, and strong summer sun. Wood that isn't kept sealed absorbs water, then cracks and splits as it freezes and dries. Catching worn finish, loose fasteners or soft boards early usually costs far less than replacing them later.

The team behind this office brings more than 15 years of deck work and over 4,500 completed decks across Chicagoland. Whether your deck needs a deep clean and fresh stain, structural repairs, or a full replacement, we'll tell you plainly what it needs and what it doesn't.

We inspect the boards, railings, fasteners and framing, take measurements, and email you a written quote with a recommended plan.

3

Prep and Workmanship

Our crew cleans, repairs and prepares the surface properly before any stain, sealer or new lumber goes on, and keeps your yard tidy while we work.

4

Final Walkthrough

We walk the finished deck with you, check every detail, and explain how to care for the new finish.

Restored and stained wood deck by Chicago Deck Expert

Deck Services from Our Rolling Meadows Office

Deck Restoration — Gray, splintered or weathered decks are usually worth saving. Our restoration service covers cleaning, sanding, replacing damaged boards and fixing loose railings before the deck is refinished.

Deck Staining — Color plus protection. For deck staining we use products such as Rymar Xtreme Weather and Benjamin Moore Woodluxe, picked for your wood and for how much grain you want to show.

Deck Sealing — A good sealer keeps water out of the wood so it doesn't crack and split through freeze-thaw cycles. Hardwood decks get Rymar Exotic Forest, which is made for dense, oily woods.

Deck Building — When a deck is past saving, or you want more outdoor space, our custom deck building team handles design, permits and construction from start to finish.

Questions About Our Rolling Meadows Office

Which suburbs does the Rolling Meadows office cover?

Our Rolling Meadows crew handles projects in Rolling Meadows, Arlington Heights, Palatine, Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Mount Prospect, Prospect Heights, Elk Grove Village, Inverness and Barrington. If your town isn't listed, call (630) 984-6116 and we'll tell you which of our four offices is closest.

When is the Rolling Meadows office open?

Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays. You can also send a message through our online form at any time and we'll reply within 24 hours.

What does a free estimate include?

We come to your home, walk the deck with you, take measurements and check the condition of the boards, railings and substructure. You then get a detailed written quote by email. The estimate is free and there's no obligation to book.

Which stains and sealers do you use?

We work mainly with Rymar Xtreme Weather, a low-VOC oil-based stain and sealer in one; Rymar Exotic Forest for dense hardwood decks; Benjamin Moore Woodluxe, a water-based waterproofing stain available in a full range of opacities; and TWP 1500 Series, an oil-based penetrating stain and wood preservative. We recommend one based on your wood and how much grain you want to see. Details are on our products we use page.

Will I need a permit for a new deck?

Permit rules are set by each village, so the answer depends on whether you live in Rolling Meadows, Arlington Heights, Palatine or a neighboring town. We confirm what your village requires before a build starts and take care of the permit application as part of our deck building service.

How long will my project take?

Staining or sealing usually takes one to two days. A full restoration or a new deck build can take one to two weeks, depending on size and scope. We give you a timeline with your estimate, and stain is only applied when the forecast gives the finish time to cure.
